Stages of implementation

 

Każdy z klientów ma inne wymagania, potrzeby i cele, nawet pomimo podobnego profilu działalności. Dlatego nie wdrażamy Platformy Edito CMS jako pudełkowych rozwiązań.

Każde wdrożenie jest inne. Dlatego zawsze podchodzimy do projektu indywidualnie i z jednakową dbałością o szczegóły. 

Przez lata działalności i kilkaset zrealizowanych projektów wypracowaliśmy skuteczny model wdrażania naszych aplikacji. Dzieli się on na następujące etapy:

  • analiza potrzeb
  • projekt funkcjonalny,
  • wdrożenie i testy.

Analiza potrzeb

Kluczowy etap, szczególnie przy tego realizacji większych projektów. Należyte rozpoznanie potrzeb, zebranie wszelkich funkcjonalności - wszystko to decyduje o jakości i sukcesie całego zlecenia. Z tego względu, na początku współpracy spotyka się z klientem zespół naszych specjalistów, aby jak najlepiej poznać potrzeby i oczekiwania klienta odnośnie systemu.

W ramach analizy potrzeb pomocnym dokumentem jest brief. Zadajemy w nim pytania o wstępne wymagania klienta wobec realizowanego projektu. Staramy się również poznać specyfikę działalności klienta i jego branżę, największą konkurencję itd.

Często polecamy i realizujemy również analizę użyteczności obecnego serwisu i/lub serwisów konkurencji. Raporty powstające w ramach tej usługi stanowią dodatkowe i jednocześnie bardzo znaczące wsparcie dla zespołu projektowego. Dzięki tym raportom można uniknąć błędów popełnionych na obecnej stronie (oraz przez konkurencję).

 

Projekt funkcjonalny systemu

Zwany również makietą, jest to dokument zawierający szczegółowy opis rozmieszczenia i zasad działania poszczególnych elementów tworzonego systemu. Powstaje on na bazie otrzymanych podczas analizy informacji, jednak przez cały czas w porozumieniu z klientem. Obrazuje, jak finalna wersja projektowanego systemu będzie działała, jak użytkownik będzie wchodził z nią w interakcje.

Daje również obraz wyglądu i rozmieszczenia elementów. Należy pamiętać, że makiety bazują na schematach i nie uwzględniają kolorystyki, stylu czy finalnych tekstów przewidzianych w projekcie. Skupiają się na przedstawieniu układu elementów stron oraz opisują sposób ich funkcjonowania, zgodnie z oczekiwaniami klienta oraz najnowszymi standardami projektowania użytecznych serwisów internetowych.

Z reguły projekt funkcjonalny dotyczy budowy strony głównej oraz najważniejszych podstron systemu i obejmuje takie elementy jak:

  • widoki głównych podstron wraz z opisem,
  • układ i opis bloków wraz z funkcjonalnościami,
  • układ i opis mechanizmów udostępnionych użytkownikom i administratorom,
  • architektura i struktura informacji,
  • architektura bazy danych i jej elementów.

 

Wdrożenie i testy

Projekt funkcjonalny jest wiążącym obydwie strony dokumentem zawierającym wszelkie funkcjonalności przewidziane w finalnym systemie. Następnie na bazie tej specyfikacji przystępujemy do prac wdrożeniowych. Bazę do pracy stanowi platforma Edito CMS, która jest elastycznie dostosowywana i rozbudowywana, w celu zapewnienia funkcjonalności ustalonych podczas etapu planowania i projektowania oraz spełnienia założonych celów.

Po zakończeniu każdego etapu wdrożenia przeprowadzane są bieżące testy funkcjonowania wdrożonego modułu. Natomiast na zakończenie prac, projekt jest poddany intensywnym testom i przechodzi audyt wewnętrzny. Podczas etapu testowania ważny jest niejednokrotnie również udział klienta.

Gdy audyt przebiegnie pomyślnie i system jest już wolny od błędów, następuje jego uruchomienie i udostępnienie użytkownikom końcowym.

  9. Your data will not be processed by automated means, including profiling.

 

In accordance with Article 21(4) of the RODO, I inform you that you have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning you. The objection should be submitted to the Data Protection Officer, whose contact details are indicated in point 2. In accordance with Article 21(1) RODO, when submitting an objection, you should indicate the reasons related to your particular situation.
