In accordance with Article 13(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016. (RODO), I would like to inform you that:

  1. The controller of your personal data is Ideo Sp. z o.o., based in Rzeszów (35-234), at 13 Nad Przyrwa Street.

  3. Your personal data will be processed in order to read and possibly respond to the correspondence sent via the contact form on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) and (f) RODO.

Your personal data will be stored for the time necessary to respond to the correspondence and, in the event that a tender procedure is initiated and/or a contract for the provision of services is concluded on the basis of the correspondence, then for the duration of the contract and, once the contract expires, until the expiry of the time limits for claims arising therefrom, in principle 3 years, up to a maximum of 6 years (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) RODO).
  6. You have the right of access to the content of your data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, [if processing is based on consent: the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal].
  7. If you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the RODO, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  8. Your provision of personal data is voluntary. If you do not provide personal data, it will not be possible to respond to the matter described by you in the contact form.
  9. Your data will not be processed by automated means, including profiling.

 

In accordance with Article 21(4) of the RODO, I inform you that you have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning you. The objection should be submitted to the Data Protection Officer, whose contact details are indicated in point 2. In accordance with Article 21(1) RODO, when submitting an objection, you should indicate the reasons related to your particular situation.
